Starbucks Fall Menu 2025 is here: Blending nostalgia with fresh twists.

Starbucks is kicking off its fall drink season with the return of the Pumpkin Spice Latte and other pumpkin favorites. New this year is the Pecan Oatmilk Cortado, joined by returning items like the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, and Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte.

Seasonal snacks such as the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin and Racoon Cake Pop will also be available. The fall menu is slimmer than in past years, with drinks like the Apple Crisp Macchiato missing, but it still offers fresh options for the season.

Starbucks is spotlighting the new Pecan Oatmilk Cortado as the centerpiece of its fall menu, featuring toasted pecan flavors with a salty, browned-butter twist on the classic espresso drink.

Fans can also try Pecan Cold Foam for iced drinks. On the food side, the chain is rolling out Italian Sausage Egg Bites, made with sausage, sundried tomato pesto, basil, eggs, and Monterey Jack cheese.

At Reserve locations, special fall exclusives debut tomorrow, including the Tiramisu Latte, a Pumpkin Spice Whiskey Barrel-Aged Manhattan, a Reserve-style Pumpkin Spice Latte, and a Pumpkin Spice Whiskey Barrel-Aged Cold Brew.

Starbucks is also reviving its fall marketing online — bringing back the once-viral @TheRealPSL Instagram account after eight years, teased with a cameo from Andy Cohen. Social media, which helped launch the Pumpkin Spice Latte to cult status in the mid-2010s (even inspiring groups like the Leaf Rakers Society), is now central to how Starbucks plans to engage fans for future product launches.

Starbucks is also testing a new coconut water-based line of drinks at 400 U.S. locations. The Coco Cold Brew and Coco Matcha mix refreshing coconut water with caffeine, aligning with the company’s push toward health and wellness products. This rollout, which started last week, includes test locations in cities like New York, Los Angeles, Cedar Rapids, St. Louis, and Milwaukee.

The drinks follow the trend of coconut water coffee blends, popularized earlier this year by NYC’s Rhythm Zero. With Coco beverages for summer vibes and pumpkin classics for fall, Starbucks is covering both ends of the seasonal spectrum.
